Taking into consideration that a Bachelor degree is no longer adequate in itself for those aspiring for leadership role, NU Bachelor degrees ensure that students have the knowledge and skills to continue pursuing career and learning opportunities through their life. Students have to hone their skills, search for knowledge and find it for themselves, their role is to question conventional wisdom, investigate it, challenge it and try to improve on it. Faculty’s role at NU is to guide, coach and support students in their search for knowledge.
